Jennifer is a well-known web strategists and author of the web usability bible "Stop Frustrating Me!". She is a passionate web usability advocate and President of the Web Association of Canada. Jennifer's web career spans over 25 years and has allowed her to work with some of the largest organizations in Canada including the Government of Canada, Bell, the RCMP, the Hudson Bay. the Toronto Star and CSIS.
As the President of the award-winning web strategy firm, Ngage Technologies, Jennifer has built a firm that specializes in delivering intuitive, impactful web solutions - solutions that make finding information and performing tasks fast and easy for users. Her work has garnered numerous awards including the prestigious Adobe International Design Award, the SWCC People’s Choice Award, the IABC Gold Quill Award, and a Privy Council Office Award.
Carl Leduc
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) , Drupal Bliss
Carl is the CTO of Drupal Bliss, an enterprise-grade Drupal development firm that does extensive work with the Government of Canada and other large organizations.
He is a senior level Drupal Architect with over 15 years’ experience in the development and implementation of large-scale, secure Drupal solutions. He has extensive experience architecting, developing and deploying web and mobile solutions for public and private sector clients with a specialization in User Experience and Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1).
